Biara Creative Studio is a creative consultancy that helps businesses find clarity in their brand and communication strategies. Through design, user experience, digital media, and event management, we connect companies with consultants who execute with excellence — either remotely, from our studio, or on-site.

We’re looking for a Content Manager — a creative storyteller and strategist who can turn ideas into engaging digital experiences across social media, email, and the web.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Strategy Implementation: Translate client digital strategies into actionable content plans.

• Content Creation & Management: Plan, write, and publish compelling content for websites, blogs, social media, and newsletters.

• Social Media Oversight: Manage and grow social media pages (Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.) through engaging posts and campaigns.

• Email Marketing: Develop and schedule email campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand tone and marketing goals.

• Website Content Updates: Collaborate with designers and IT consultants to maintain and refresh website content for SEO and brand consistency.

• Analytics & Reporting: Track content performance, engagement metrics, and conversions to inform strategy.

• Creative Coordination: Work with Biara’s designers, UX experts, and digital consultants to produce cohesive campaigns that strengthen client brands.

• Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with content, design, and social trends to keep client brands relevant and innovative.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.

• 2+ years’ experience in content creation or digital marketing.

• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

• Proficiency in using scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Suite, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, etc.).

• Working knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization.

• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary creative teams.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
