Biara Creative Studio is a creative consultancy that helps businesses find clarity in their brand and communication strategies. Through design, user experience, digital media, and event management, we connect companies with consultants who execute with excellence — either remotely, from our studio, or on-site.

We’re looking for a Creative Designer — a multi-disciplinary visual storyteller who can bring ideas to life across digital and print. From social media graphics and short-form videos to brand identity and event collateral, your designs will shape how brands connect with their audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Design: Create engaging social media graphics, banners, motion clips, and digital ads aligned with client strategies.

• Brand Identity Design: Develop logos, visual systems, and brand guidelines that communicate brand essence with clarity and consistency.

• Print Design: Design corporate and marketing materials including brochures, posters, packaging, and event collateral.

• Short-Form Video Creation: Produce reels, motion graphics, and animated content optimized for social platforms.

• Website Design Support: Collaborate with UX designers and IT consultants on website layouts, landing pages, and content visuals.

• Campaign Design: Work with content managers to design cohesive creative assets for marketing and digital campaigns.

• Event Design: Support the creation of event branding, signage, digital backdrops, and promotional visuals.

• Creative Ideation: Participate in brainstorming sessions, bringing design concepts that support broader creative and marketing goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• 2+ years’ experience in agency or freelance design environments.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) or equivalent tools (Figma, Canva, CapCut).

• Basic motion design or video editing experience.

• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• A portfolio showcasing versatility across print, digital, and motion design.
