Through design, user experience, digital media, and event management, we connect companies with consultants who execute with excellence — either remotely, from our studio, or on-site.

We’re looking for an IT Expert (Digital Systems Consultant) to join our consultant network — a versatile problem solver who ensures our clients’ digital infrastructure runs smoothly and supports their creative and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Management: Handle web hosting setup, domain configuration, SSL certification, backups, and site maintenance.

• SEO & Analytics: Implement on-page and technical SEO strategies, track performance, and generate insights through Google Analytics and Search Console.

• Email Management: Configure business email accounts, troubleshoot delivery issues, and manage integrations with website forms or CRM systems.

• Online Payments: Set up and test secure online payment gateways and e-commerce solutions for client websites.

• Social Media Integration: Connect and optimize client websites with their social channels, ensuring proper tracking and visibility.

• Digital Support: Provide ongoing technical support to Biara consultants and client teams.

• Security & Data Management: Ensure proper data protection, site security, and compliance with digital best practices.

• Automation & Integration: Set up tools like Zapier, Mailchimp, or HubSpot to streamline client marketing workflows.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience managing websites (WordPress, Framer, or similar platforms).

• Working knowledge of SEO principles, analytics tools, and Google Workspace.

• Understanding of digital payment systems (Flutterwave, Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

• Basic knowledge of web design or UX principles is an advantage.

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate with creative and business teams.
